- 1/2 Teaspoon Chilly Powder or Chilly Flakes

- 1/4 cup water

Method
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together i.e. Ragi flour, whole wheat flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the vegetable oil and mix them till the crumbles form and now add a little quantity of water to make medium soft dough.
- Turn the dough out into the surface and knead for 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into equal pieces and roll each piece out into a thin circle.
- Heat a large heavy bottom pan over medium heat.
- Cook the nachos for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- You can also bake them in microwave oven with preheat temp of 180 degree C for 5-7 minutes
- If desired, sprinkle the tortillas with sesame seeds before serving.
- Serve this healthy & nutritious nachos with any of your favorite toppings.
