  • 1 cup sprouted lentils or beans (moong dal, moth dal, peanut, black chana, any of your choice).
  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (onion, tomato, cucumber).
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves.
  • Chopped green chili.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Lemon juice to taste.
  • Chutney (Tamarind & Mint)
  • Curd (Optional)

Method:-

  1. In a bowl mix murmura & all vegetables.
  2. Add chopped green chillies & coriander leaves.
  3. Add salt & lemon according to the taste.
  4. Add both the chutney’s to enhance the taste.
  5. To add a creamy texture add a little curd(Optional)
  6. Give a toss to altogether.
