Ingredient Required:-
1/2 cup broken wheat (dalia)
2 -4 table spoon ghee
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1chopped onion
salt as required
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 chopped tomato
3 tablespoon green peas
Chopped Spinach
1 small chopped carrot
1/2 cup soaked moong dal yellow & green
5cup water
Vegetable Dalia Recipe
1)Soak half bowl of mix yellow & green moong dal.
2) Heat ghee into cooker.
3)Add jeera into it.
4)Add chopped onion and cook it over medium heat until it looks clear, not white anymore.
5)Add all other vegetables like tomato,peas,spinach,carrot any vegetables of your choice.
6)Add all masala salt, red chilly, haldi.
7)Now add soaked dal & Dalia into it .
8)Mix well all together.
9)Add more than double quantity water of Dalia & dal.
10)Put off cooker lid & bring 2-3 whistles.
It’s ready to serve with curd, raita or pickle.

Directions
