  1. Peel the lychees, boil and slice the beetroot, and gather mint leaves, ice cubes, and sugar (if you want).

  3. Add the rest of the water, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend again until everything mixes well.
  4. Use a strainer to remove any chunks or pulp from the juice, so it’s nice and smooth.
  5. Pour the juice into a glass.
  6. Garnish it with some mint leaves & a slice of lychee.
