So let’s try this healthy snack for your munchkin:-
Ingredients:-
- 1 cup puffed rice (murmura)
- 1 cup sprouted lentils or beans (moong dal, moth dal, peanut, black chana, any of your choice).
- 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (onion, tomato, cucumber).
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves.
- Chopped green chili.
- Salt to taste.
- Lemon juice to taste.
- Chutney (Tamarind & Mint)
- Curd (Optional)
Method:-
- In a bowl mix murmura & all vegetables.
- Add chopped green chillies & coriander leaves.
- Add salt & lemon according to the taste.
- Add both the chutney’s to enhance the taste.
- To add a creamy texture add a little curd(Optional)
- Give a toss to altogether.
