Well “stay healthy stay fit “is now a days common phrase we can hear everywhere.
Todays generation become much keen to keep themselves fit to work as well as life.
Apart from its also become necessity to live life with nutrition’s & supplement’s as this era is having too much competition to fight to remain healthy.
If it’s all about health nutrition fitness so there are lots of things we can go for to start…were 1st & top option is gym & yoga.
Of course doing exercises or yoga helps your body to remain toned & shaped but internal nutrition’s is also have balanced role for overall fitness as nutrients are playing vital role to provide your organs remain fit from inside & if you are internally fit which automatically reflects in our outer appearance.
So here I am introducing my writhing concept about healthy & nutritional version of our day to day food.
We are not able to have every day nutrition and fitness food but if there will be some option to make our every day food to be nutritious by making them with healthy substitute.
That is my objective to provide common everyday recipes into healthy version..
In our daily routine we use to have 3 meals & 2 snacks apart from that we usually like to have junk foods or ordering from outside.
Sometimes it make us thinking that having junk & outer food is not good to eat but still our carving for them make us impossible to avoid.
This is the concept we can adapt by having our meals & snacks in healthy way by which it can make balance in your body to not have. much adverse effects of junk food.
