- 1 tablespoon oil (Ghee, Butter, Coconut, olive, or any cooking oil).
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (as per the taste).
- Your favorite spices (optional) – Black Pepper ,chili powder, cumin, turmeric, dried herbs.
Method:-
- Heat a pan over medium flame on the gas. Or preheat microwave on 200 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
- Add the Ghee in the pan,let it heat for few seconds. Or mix the foxnuts with oil & spices in a bowl.
- Add the foxnuts & toast them to cover with ghee evenly. Or place them in a preheat oven to bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Keep stirring the foxnut on medium flame until they turn golden & crunchy.
- Add salt & your favorite spices to the foxnut to make them more tasteful.
- Once roasted remove them from the pan & transfer to a bowl.
- Let them cool down completely & store them in a air tight container.
