Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (atta)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup Jaggery Powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3-4 Drops of vanilla essence
- 1/4 Spoon Baking Powder
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Place a parchment paper on baking tray
- Take one bowl, combine all the dry ingredients like rolled oats, atta, baking powder & salt.
- Mix together the butter and jaggery powder in another bowl until it turns fluffy.
- Add a few drops of Vanilla essence.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Take small portions of dough & make ball size cookies & place them on a baking tray.
- Keep some space between them so they can spread during baking.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
- Allow them to cool them completely.
