Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (atta)

  • 1/4 cup Jaggery Powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3-4 Drops of vanilla essence
  • 1/4 Spoon Baking Powder
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Place a parchment paper on baking tray
  2. Take one bowl, combine all the dry ingredients like rolled oats, atta, baking powder & salt.
  3.  Mix together the butter and jaggery powder in another bowl until it turns fluffy.
  4. Add a few drops of Vanilla essence.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. 
  6. Take small portions of dough & make ball size cookies & place them on a baking tray.
  7. Keep some space between them so they can spread during baking.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
  9. Allow them to cool them completely.
  10. Enjoy your wholesome nutritious cookies.
