“Sugar Free Refreshing & Healthy Summer Drinks”

Yes. It’s sugar free refreshment drinks to cheers summer.

Summer are coming with heat & over pick of sunrays dealing with lots of health issues.
One of that is to become enough hydrate.

Keeping ourselves hydrate is one of the most important health step to take.

It’s always require to have plenty of water or liquid during Summers, Cooling down on a hot summer’s day is so much easier with a tasty & healthy refreshing drinks in your hand.

So here we can have lots of sugar less summer refreshing drinks to enjoy.

1) Mint Watermelon/Fruit Slush– One of the popular & coolest summer drinks are slush.
Cut watermelon into cubes and freeze them for a few hours into freezer. Blend frozen watermelon in a blender with few fresh mint leaves, lime juice, and some water until it purees. Serve this fresh slushy in a tall glass when it is still cold. You can make any fruit slush with same method.

2) Lemonade without sugar– Pour lemon juice & Honey into a jug, add a leaf of mint. Add 2 to 3 cups of cold water and taste. Add more water if you would like it to be more diluted. If the lemonade is a little sweet for your taste, add a little more straight lemon juice to it.

3) Aam Panna with jaggery(Sugar Less) – Boil/Steam raw mangoes as whole. Remove skin and seed, extract pulp. Sieve once to remove any fiber. Add jaggery powder, jeera powder, salt, black salt as per taste other ingredients in a blender, Blend it well, Store in a glass bottle in fridge. Add water as per consistency required.

4) Spicy Masala Buttermilk – Buttermilk, one of the oldest form of healthy drink that is known by many different names. We can customize it as per our requirement & taste.
Take a bowl of curd, one green chill, mint leaves, jeera powder, black salt, salt as per taste, add chilled water or some ice cubes blend it all in blender. Add water per requirement or consistency.
Serve right away sprinkled with a little bit more cumin powder.

5) Iron rich Pomegranate Beet Smoothie – Take some ice cubes, one pomegranate, small best cut into pieces, some leaves of spinach, lemon juice,orange juice & blend it slowly to remain it’s smoothie consistency. It’s ready to serve.

6) Pineapple Jal jeera Juice – Add strained one bowl of pineapple juice with Jal jeera powder & lemon juice. Blend it with chilled glass of water. Cool & tangy juice is ready.

7) Mango Shikanji – It requires mango pulp with lots of ice cubes, lemon juice,pudina,salt,black salt,jeera powder, inch of black peeper. Grind it properly to enhance taste of all Ingredients.
8) Healthy Jammun Shots – Trending Jammun Shots are now easy to make at in home in this summer.
Take some Jammun deseed them add lemon juice, mint leaves, black salt, honey as per sweetness requires, grind it with ice cubes. Serve it into small shot glasses with lemon & salt on surface.
